Vertical Collagen Bundles
In the Papillary dermis they are a clue to Lichen simplex chronicus and prurigo nodularis.
In the Reicular dermis they may indicate Collagenous and Elastotic plaques of the hand, Digital fibromatosis of Childhood and Acral fibrokeratomas as seen in Tuberous sclerosis.
In Tumours they are a feature of some Spitz nevi.
