Parakeratotic Follicular Lipping
I think this is a good clue for Pityriasis rubra pilaris but it also is seen in Seborrhoeic dermatitis.
However as there are lots of follicles on the face any disorder with marked parakeratosis may by chance show this phenomenon eg psoriasis
